Mark your calendar for VADA's fall meeting November 15th to be held at the Middlebury Inn in Middlebury, Vt. On tap will be the election of officers for the coming two year terms. I am happy to report that Tommy Thompson, co-owner of Thos. Bartlett Antiques & Oddments in Chichester, N. H. says that his surgery was a success. It just proves that you can't keep a good man down. Wrapping up the month of October I heard good reports from VADA dealers doing the Vermont Antiques Expo at the Essex Fairgrounds. Good crowds and equally good sales. Kyle Scanlon owner of K. C. Scanlon Estate and Consignment Sales in Essex, Vt. is part of a VADA dynasty. He conducts estate and tag sales in the Burlington and beyond area. His current line-up is for sales in the Burlington area November 19th, December 3rd in Essex and December 10th in Middlebury.
